Sherrie is the one who thinks before she buys. She'll walk past something three times, go home, sleep on it, research the fabrics, researches the brand, and comes back only if she still can't stop thinking about it. Her wardrobe is small, considered, and faultless. Every piece earns its place. After more than five years building her artisan candle brand Tetahi Aroma from the ground up, sourcing, making, and presenting everything with the same level of care, she brings that same eye to Kaizen. Nothing gets in unless it's right.

Cyrena is the one who falls in love with something and doesn't apologise for it. She has adored fashion and fabric for as long as she can remember, the weight of a good cashmare, the way a well-cut blazer changes how you carry yourself, the particular satisfaction of spending real money on something that will outlast every trend that comes after it. She's the one who will see it, try it on, if it gives her that feeling of confidence and comfort its hers without a second thought.

Together, we make a surprisingly good team. Sherrie stops us buying too much. Cyrena stops us playing it too safe.
